Project description:
We are located in Jesolo (Venice), a renowned seaside town in the Upper Adriatic Sea, more precisely in Lido, which has always been a popular destination for both Italian and international tourists. A long beach stretching south towards the more famous Venice Lagoon and a lively nightlife of entertainment, clubs, gourmet restaurants and evenings at the most spectacular rooftops.
Here – just a short distance from the sea – stands a splendid new building that speaks of luxury and design, whose façade, dominated by the colour white, is interspersed with small balconies and decorative details that recall the colour of the shoreline, and whose penthouse dominates the horizon thanks to its wonderful terrace.
This is the tailor-made project for which the Owner relied on the advice of KE’s PMO office to study the best solution for the space on the top floor, one of the most panoramic points of the promenade from which one can admire both the beach and the town centre. The goal was to create an environment that would exploit the space of the terrace, for a flexible environment that could be adapted to different needs.
To create an outdoor, protected living and dining room where functionality is combined with aesthetics, with a large table for convivial dinners, a lounge with an extra-large corner sofa for a considerable number of guests, and a white sofa for intimate relaxation for two. In the light of these requirements, it was decided to install a number of KE products whose versatility and reliability would best complement the design of this area.
The choice fell on the KEDRY Prime bioclimatic pergola awning, an aluminum structure with pivoting blades that, thanks to its ample modularity in both width and projection, is suitable for covering large surfaces. The long, swiveling blades on the roof, allow for proper ventilation and modulation of the room lighting, but at the same time – once closed – guarantee a roof that shelters from the weather. Chosen in white, the Kedry Prime pergola is in this way harmoniously integrated with the other elements of the building and the architectural style and gives brightness to the outdoor environment.
Completing the project is the Line Glass glazing system whose minimalist design, high performance and all-glass effect increase brightness and offer a panoramic view of the sea without visual interruption, in a continuous dialogue between indoor and outdoor.
In addition, accessories such as the perimeter LED strip system and drop cloth curtains add further character, versatility and comfort to the spaces, allowing different atmospheres to be created according to need and time of day.
In each project, whether residential or related to the architecture of outdoor spaces for hospitality, KE stands out for its attention and listening to the specific requirements of the client.
