A penthouse near Milan with a large outdoor area needed to be redesigned to accommodate plenty of relaxation and wellness, sports and hospitality. This project was a perfect fit for the KE Gennius ISOLA 3 pergola.
The installation included three pergolas with flat, retractable roofs, equipped with PVC Cristal winter side enclosures, Vertika light filtering roller screens and dimmable LED lights around each perimeter, all managed by a home automation system that can be operated with voice commands.
The extended surface of the terrace allowed for the creation of 4 distinct environments: a wellness area with whirlpool tub and outdoor shower, a solarium area, a living area with sofas and chairs and a dining area with seating for 12.
The versatility and customization of KE products produce a project with unique character, creating an oasis of pure well-being that allows indoors and outdoors to coexist in one beautiful space.
The anthracite gray color of the pergola and the light gray Vintage fabric harmonize perfectly with the jungle-style wallpaper, soft spotlights and furnishings in neutral colors.
The new outdoor space perfectly suits the homeowners who wanted to “create a terrace with a WOW effect” and, at the same time, have a multifunctional space to be used all year round, suitable for a summer dinner with friends, for sitting in the whirlpool or simply for peaceful lounging.
The concept of the project and the implementation were entrusted to KE STORE 3s Milano S.r.l., on the advice of the neighbor who, two years ago, had redesigned the adjacent terrace with the team of professionals of the Milanese KE Store and was extremely satisfied with it.
A project like this transforms an under-utilized space of your home into your favorite new place to spend time all year long and pursue just about any activity — or no activity at all.
