The main facility of the MILA dairy factory in Bolzano had reached the limit of its production capacity. For this reason, the company has decided to expand production and entrust the design of new administrative offices to the Pichler Architects Studio.
A brand-new building, where the welcoming bistro and shop are also located.
In particular, the MILA bistro, with its lounge atmosphere, is a meeting place for true food connoisseurs, quiet and welcoming, thanks also to the position of a simple transparent structural body.
The building, in line with the most modern aesthetic criteria for urban environments, is a homage to the mountain tradition and includes the typical materials of a farm, such as clay plaster and larch.
In order to design this oasis of well-being with the support of KE Seeber Tendacor retailer, three Qubica Plumb awnings were installed, covering a total area of more than 90 square meters.
Qubica cassette awning in the Plumb version, in fact, stands out for its vertical development and minimal overall dimensions, which make this a product of design as well as functional.
Qubica Plumb was chosen due to the possible combination of latest generation combined climate sensors that allow the user to set the time and the way to open and close the awning, thus creating custom scenarios; thousands of movements are guaranteed by the use of the Balteus belt arm for perfect shading and excellent outdoor space protection.
Sum of high tech and Italian design, which have always featured all KE products, Qubica – designed by Robby Cantarutti – with its essential and elegant lines fits perfectly in this state-of-the-art commercial environment.
