We are on the 14th floor of a building in CityLife area, the new district born from the redevelopment of the former Fiera Milano historic neighbourhood.
KE STORE dealer 3s Milano was contacted by the owners of a top floor attic undergoing a process of renovation, to renew and shelter the large terrace – that was quite unused.
3s Milano’s designers identified Kedry PRIME bioclimatic pergola by KE as the winning choice: its neat and geometric lines, its white colour and its transparent PVC Cristal vertical awnings make the outdoor space incredibly bright and frame a breathtaking view. Kedry Prime’s adjustable louvers allow the homeowner to create different effects playing with lights and shadows, while its side transparent awnings give shelter against the rain and strong winds that hit this wide space.
The magnificent terrace brings a sight of 270° on Milan’s skyline in all its shapes. Another living area – which is very well-lit thanks to the wide panoramic glass doors – exists on the terrace as a continuum with the bioclimatic pergola. The natural-looking pavement, the soft colours and the project involving the greenery needed a product with neat, square lines. The total-white structure is the ideal choice.
The side closings play a fundamental role: due to its largeness, the terrace was often unusable because of strong winds blowing. Thanks to Cristal awnings, the problem was overcome and the space created can be accessed all year round.
Last but not least, NINA remote control was appreciated and chosen: the ultramodern top floor attic is equipped with a home automation system, thus the possibility to integrate the devices is an exclusive benefit.
